Frequently asked questions

What is Buenaley?

Buenaley is a law firm that combines law and technology to deliver a clearer, more efficient and more personal service. Our goal is to help you with rigour, speak plainly and make the whole process as straightforward as possible.

Is the first consultation really free? What does it include?

Yes. The first consultation is completely free and with no commitment. In that initial contact we listen to your situation, assess whether your case has potential and explain what legal options exist. If you decide to proceed, we will send you a written quote before we begin, so you know exactly what is included and how much you will pay.

Are your lawyers registered with the Bar?

Yes, all our lawyers are duly registered with the Bar. They also have extensive experience in the areas in which we advise you, to guarantee a rigorous, high-quality legal service.

How do the fees work?

It depends on the type of matter. Depending on the service, we work with a fixed price (for example the NIE application), by phases, or with other fee models. In any case, before we begin you will receive a written quote so you know exactly what you will pay and what is included.

Do the fees include taxes and other expenses?

Our quotes generally include all foreseeable costs of the procedure. If there are any external expenses that cannot be included in the quote, we will inform you expressly and separately, with complete clarity and before we begin.
