Buenaley offers personalised legal services. Services may be purchased by:
- Individuals
- Self-employed professionals
- Companies
All services include professional support, management of the procedure, and, where applicable, representation before the relevant authorities.
3. Contracting Conditions
- To purchase our services, the User must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- If acting on behalf of a company or third party, the User declares that they are duly authorised to do so.
- The contracting process is carried out online, subject to prior acceptance of these conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- The User undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is made in advance, by bank card or other methods indicated on the Website.
- Once payment is confirmed, Buenaley will begin providing the contracted service.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may request cancellation of your contract if the service has not yet begun. In that case, we will refund the full amount paid.
- If we have already commenced work, the amount paid will not be refundable, unless the contracted service expressly states a refund guarantee. This guarantee does not cover errors or missing documentation on the part of the User.
- Where a service includes a refund guarantee, this will be expressly stated on the service page or in the confirmation of purchase.
- To cancel or request a refund, write to us at hola@buenaley.es stating the reason.
6. Communications
- Service-related notifications will be sent by email or through the designated channels (for example, WhatsApp).
- It is the User’s responsibility to keep their contact details up to date.
7. Liability
- Buenaley is not responsible for errors in the data provided by the User, or for delays or rejections caused by third parties (notaries, public authorities, etc.).
- In no event will we be liable for indirect damages or loss of opportunity.
- The User is responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the information provided before the final submission of any procedure.
8. Data Protection
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and others by sending an email to hola@buenaley.es.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Málaga, unless consumer protection regulations provide for a different forum.
10. Amendments
Buenaley reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. Updated versions will always be available on the Website.
Purchasing a new service implies acceptance of the version in force at that time.
