Silvia Núñez Martín

Silvia is part of Buenaley's legal team and is a registered lawyer, member no. 9445 of the Bizkaia Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Bizkaia).

She specialises in Second Chance Law proceedings. Silvia has handled cases that have cancelled more than 1,000 debts, totalling over €4 million.

She also has experience in Banking Law and Civil Procedure, which allows her to deal with matters involving debt, financial products and claims against banks and lenders.

Her training includes the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession and a specialisation as an Expert in Insolvency Law from the University of Deusto.
